About Atlas Design & Build · Co-founder
John J. Foy is a co-founder of Atlas Design & Build, the husband and wife owned design-build firm he runs with his wife, Rachel. He brings more than 20 years of construction experience to every project we take on, including residential renovation and custom fabrication.
Role and background
John leads construction, estimating, project management and subcontractor relationships at Atlas Design & Build. He leads every project in the field, from the first estimate through the final walkthrough, and he coordinates the trades so the work follows the plan we set with each client.
John is EPA Lead Safe certified, which is required for renovation work on homes built before 1978, and he is project management certified. That training shapes how we plan, schedule and run every renovation, from a single bathroom to a whole home.
